Completion of orders is dependent upon several issues: order size, inventory on hand, and the product. Generally, laser-engraved bamboo coasters require approximately 5 days to complete and wine gift /presentation boxes can take as much as 5-6 weeks to complete.
Shipping of completed orders is only available in the lower 48 states. Shipping charges are dependent on the size and weight of order and customers will be advised in advance of estimated shipping costs.
Returns
Due to the nature of customized products, Returns are not possible. For this reason we want to provide personalize services to make sure the products are as represented on our website and all customization by way of laser engraving is provided by the customer. After with render the artwork detail for the laser engraver we will provide the image as it will appear on the product.
Final approvals of artwork will come from the customer.
Damaged products and be returned for refund or replacement.
Exchanges
We can accommodate changes in artwork that have been previously submitted and that have not been used. Changes in product selections will be accommodated where possible and where inventory has not been purchased.
Deposits
Because all orders are customized and specific to a customer, a deposit equal to 50% of the total order is required.
No, we do not provide an e-commerce experience. The reason is-with the detail required for laser engraving and quantity commitment we want to make sure to manage expectations and get the detail perfect.

When Image of Wine was started it provided products to wineries and companies. Most products were for branding. Our wine gift boxes were popular for recognition/awards and corporate gifts. Item such as bottle stoppers, coasters, carbon fiber corkscrews, sublimation inprinted tiles were offered for backsplashes and reception desks.
To keep think simple, we just kept the name. Since the Covid 19 experience and the return of conventions and large gatherings, we now focus exclusively on Bambo Coasters, Bamboo and SS Drink Mugs, Handmade Wine Gift Boxes, and 2 types of Bamboo/SS Infusion drink sports bottles.
